This was Great! I am now 25yrs POST surgery - I started my journey at 400lbs and now 144lbs I am now looking forward to one last surgery to take care of the extra skin and a breast augmentation. I am now 58 yrs old and I am really just starting to live - The surgery was a difficult journey don’t let anyone kid you - but worth every bit - Today I am alive, healthier than I have ever been. If you are considering surgery go for it and don’t allow well wishers tallk you out of it. I lost 260lbs and so can you.

    Betty that is fantastic!

    Wow, 400 lbs to 144!

I admire you so much, especially to have done the surgery so long ago when the risks were even higher than today.

There is another book that comes with Weight Loss Surgery SECRETS called, “What to do with the excess skin” written especially for anyone post weight loss like you and ready to remove the skin they don’t want.

    Well Done!
